Location: Brick Canvas – Lehi, UT

Join the Ivy Standard Yoga Institute and friends for a 4-Day (or 5, for yoga teachers!) Yoga Camp held at the beautiful Brick Canvas in Lehi, Utah. Come dive deep into your practice and explore your potential on the mat with five different styles of yoga, a mobility session, and a continuing education session for teachers. We’ve put together the Camp Crew of a lifetime and you don’t want to miss this!

*Camp runs 2/15 – 2/19 for certified yoga teachers (with a special Continuing Ed session with Cynthia Wehr on Sunday) and 2/15-2/18 for non-teachers. Please see the Schedule below!

2/15 Wednesday:

8:30 AM: Orientation
9 – 11 AM: Led Primary Series with Charese
1:15 – 3:45 PM: The 108 with Brandy

2/16 Thursday:

9 – 11 AM: Led Primary Series with Charese
1:15 – 3:45 PM: The 108 with Brandy

2/17 Friday:

9 – 11 AM: LUXYOGA Vinyasa with Ben
1:15 – 3:15 PM: Integrated Hatha with Brandy

2/18 Saturday:

9 – 11 AM: Mobility for Headstand and Handstand with Ben
1:30 – 3:45 PM: 26&2 Masterclass with Cynthia

2/19 Sunday (Yoga Teachers Only CE Day):

9 – 10:30 AM: 26&2 Masterclass for Teachers with Cynthia
12 – 3 PM: Q+A / Discussion Session for Teachers with Cynthia
