About Our Program:
Our Standard 26&2 Hot Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive, immersive 300-hour (Original Hot Yoga Association + Yoga Alliance Certified) teacher training program that's designed to teach you how to teach an effective, precise, dynamic, and safe Standard 26&2 Hot Yoga class.

26&2, also known as Original Hot Yoga or Bikram Hot Yoga, is a dialogue-based 26 posture sequence. Originally the 26&2 class was taught as a 90-minute class, but now it's commonly seen in studios in 60- and 75-minute variations.

Standard 26&2 YTT consists of daily yoga classes, posture clinics, and lectures. It is a disciplined, detailed program designed to help you become the best hot yoga teacher you can be. Posture clinics will include asana breakdown as well as teaching dialogue + methodology. Additional lecture topics to include: yoga anatomy, posture benefits, Ghosh yoga lineage, yoga philosophy, teaching ethics, and more.
Please note, this is an clocked hour program; absences and tardiness not permitted. The hours listed are contact hours that you will spend with a staff member. Students will be required to spend ample time both before and during the training studying selected text and teaching dialogue on their own. Program completion is merit based. Payment does not guarantee completion certificate or Yoga Alliance registration. Completion of program does not guarantee a position teaching at a studio.
